You re-read your notes, memorised the definitions, redrew the diagrams until they looked textbook perfect. Then the paper came back a C, a D, maybe worse, and there is a sinking feeling you cannot shake: you do not even know what you are doing wrong.

A word on how we get these numbers. In earlier years we texted every student after results to ask how they did, and published the outcomes alongside a wall of fame naming the students who scored an A. These days we keep it lighter: students simply let us know, if they are comfortable, through our student Telegram channel. So the figure reflects only the students who choose to report, and both strong and weaker students may not, so treat it as indicative rather than exact. That is also why, in recent years, we lead with what students actually say, and with the quality of the programme, rather than a percentage. We never claim guarantees, and SEAB sets the paper, not us.

ETG has run online classes since 2018, before COVID, with studio-grade audio and 4K video. Every lesson is recorded and uploaded to the LMS after class, and you can replay any lesson conducted while you are enrolled.
You have three options: attend a different class timing that same week, Zoom in from home, or watch the full recorded lesson on the LMS at your own pace. Yes. The programme covers both H1 and H2 Economics. H1 students follow the same core curriculum with adjustments for the H1 syllabus scope. Mr Toh authored the H1 TYS answers published by SAP, so the programme is specifically calibrated to both exam formats.

We would rather you understood the numbers than just believed them. Our 2025 cohort achieved a 74% A-rate; in recent years the figure has ranged roughly 68% to 74%, with a 19-year average of about 65%. These are whole-cohort figures, but they carry caveats. Response bias: statistics rely on students who report their results, and those who score well are more likely to respond, so the true figure is probably lower. Selection bias: many students come from top JCs and are already motivated. And no programme can break the normal distribution entirely. So do not trust any centre's statistics at face value, ours included. Read the testimonials, judge the materials, assess the team, and sit a trial lesson. Those are harder to fake than a percentage. SEAB sets the paper, not us.
